IV SEMINÁRIO INTERNACIONAL EN GANADERÍA ECOLÓGICA
The IV International Seminar on Ecological Livestock, organized by the National University of Colombia, took place on the 9th and 10th of November in the city of Palmira, Colombia.
Participants were teachers and producers tht took the oportunity to exchange scientific information and experiences related to organic livestock. More than 300 participants attended round tables and lectures given by guests from various parts of the world such as veterinarian Angela Escosteguy, Dr. Donald Broom, Dr. Juan Manuel Palma, Dr. Fernando Morales and Dr. Arial Tarazona.

Myths and realities for building sustainable livestock models, by Dr. Fernando Morales, National University of Colombia.

Good practices and ecological livestock in Mediterranean dairies, by Dr. Alberto Stanislao Atzori from Universita Degli Studi Di Sassari / Italy.
Parasite control and protein protection by SSP implementation, by Dr. José Manuel Palma of the University of Colima / Mexico.
Global well-being: Attribution of sustainable production systems, by Dr. Ariel Tarazona da Universidad Medelín / Colombia.
